Are you passionate about Gamesley and committed to making a positive difference in your community? We're looking for a Community Connection Worker to help strengthen relationships across the estate, connect with local residents, and ensure community voices are heard.
This exciting role will focus on building trust, identifying local strengths and needs, and helping people access opportunities, support and activities that improve health, wellbeing and community life. We're particularly interested in hearing from people with strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting their community.
Working 20 hours per week with flexibility to meet community needs, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a healthier, more connected Gamesley.
This position is funded by Public Health for a 12 month temporary contract, and application support is available through PCrefurb.
